Payment Policy

At Vaporist.ae, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and secure. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Payments via Visa or MasterCard are accepted online, through the mobile site, or at our retail shop.
  • Cash on Delivery (UAE Orders Only): Pay in cash upon delivery at your doorstep.
  • Bank Transfer: Select this option during checkout to view our bank details. Please note that for international bank transfers, only the net payment received will be considered.

Important Notes:

  • All card transactions must be made using your own valid card. We do not share your payment information with third parties, except as required for fraud prevention or by law.
  • Prices displayed on the website include UAE VAT (where applicable). Any errors in pricing may result in order cancellation, and overpayment or underpayment adjustments will be made.
  • Orders may be declined if:
    • Payment authorization cannot be obtained.
    • There is a pricing or product description error.
    • The item is unavailable.

If your order is canceled but payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded within 30 days, excluding any compensation for inconvenience.


Returns and Refund Policy

At Vaporist.ae, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Returns Policy:

  • Non-Opened Products: Eligible for a full refund on the retail price only. Products showing signs of use will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited and will be returned to the customer.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Replacement items will be shipped at the customer’s cost or credited for future purchases.
  • Consumable and Perishable Items: E-liquids, replacement coils, pods, and disposable vapes are not returnable under any circumstances.

Refunds Policy:

  • Contact Customer Support to request a refund, providing your order details (Order #, Name, Address, Phone Number, and Reason for Return) along with photos if applicable.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the returned item is received and processed by us.
  • Refunds for returned orders will exclude shipping charges (both ways) and bank fees.
  • No refunds for orders refused at delivery or delayed international shipments.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:

  • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items. Vaporist.ae will cover the shipping cost to send repaired or replacement items back to the customer.

What is Covered:

  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port issues
  • Battery malfunctions (e.g., shutting off unexpectedly)
  • Unit auto-firing or chip malfunctions

What is Not Covered:

  • Consumable items: E-liquids, coils, pods, disposable vapes, etc.
  • Damage due to misuse, improper repair, or external factors (e.g., water damage, fire, dropping).
  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Modified products, stripped threads, or misaligned connections.
  • Leaky tanks or missing components.
